Room was ok quite area but he didn't seem very concerned...
Room was ok quite area but he didn't seem very concerned about his guest just the money it u are renting rooms out u need to care more than that
U can't check in till 3pm we arrived at 5am had to wait to get in at 3pm he is running it like a part time business it's a service business 3pm is to late to check in the add said breakfast included he put coffee out one day the gave nothing the next 2 days very poor wouldn't stay there again

Location was great and totally loved the youthful vibes of...
Location was great and totally loved the youthful vibes of the neighborhood. The room was spacious - big enough for 2 persons. Whenever we return home from whole day of being out in the cold, we were always greeted by a warm room. The floor was always heated. We loved lying down in the floor! :)
- The shower has an unpleasant smell - could be coming from the drainage. - We weren't able to eat breakfast on our last day (not sure if the food ran out before we were able to check but we were waiting for the breakfast early) - Had trouble contacting the host on our last day (he replied a few hours after that his phone was broken and is understandable but this might be a problem on a different situation for other guests if he cant be reached) plus points though he was very responsive to my questions before we came to Seoul and it was alright with him that our check-in time was around 2am already

The family room’s comfortable w/ private bathroom. The guesthouse is Located not to far from the subway, super closed to gs25 store. This place is clean & helpful staff w proficient English skill.

Decent stay but don’t expect spectacular
Relatively near to train station, double bed was comfortable, has convenience stores and shops nearby
Everytime I step into our room there is a musty smell, a little bit of mould in the toilet and many small insects was spotted by my and my friend. There’s also some stains so it’s not the most clean imo.
